What exercise(s) do you first use in developing high notes for tenors 
who basically can&#039;t get past a G or A flat(closing throat)? In reading
your information I am thinking that one should first develop the &#039;&#039;smallest headvoice&#039;&#039;
with the &#039;&#039;oo&#039;&#039; vowel. Is this correct?

I personally can&#039;t get past the &#039;&#039;G&#039;&#039; and I think the &#039;&#039;fear reflex&#039;&#039; is something
I get too. It&#039;s like I am expecting something incredible at the high notes.
