Booking a session implies that you agree with all conditions below.

 

  • Why am I asked to register?
    The OperaLab registration is unique, free and helps us with administration. It allows you – if you register before September 1, 2011 – to benefit from reduced teaching fees and priority booking. Click here for the OperaLab 2011-2012 Registration Form.
  • Booking a session?
    VOICE / VOICE INTENSIVE sessions at OperaLab Hamburg are available all year-round by appointment respectively up to 24 hours/3 days in advance. For VOICE sessions in other OperaLab studios, bookings strictly close at the latest two (2) weeks before to allow travel plans. We operate on a “first-come, first-served” basis, and therefore recommend early booking.
  • Cancelling a session?
    A 24-hour notice is requested to cancel a VOICE session at OperaLab Hamburg. For VOICE sessions with Gilles Denizot in other OperaLab studios, a 72-hour cancellation notice is requested. For MASTERCLASSES, a 7-day cancellation notice is requested. If you do not respect these notices, the total session fee is due. If you do not inform us of your absence or if you cancel any first session, all further bookings may be refused. If you are suddenly ill, contact us immediately.
  • Pre-payment / cancellation policies?
    A first VOICE session is confirmed only after full pre-payment. Your participation to a MASTERCLASS is confirmed only after partial pre-payment. These pre-payment amounts are not returned if you cancel. When pre-payment is not necessary, full payment is due immediately at the end of each session. If you do not respect the cancellation policies, or if you cancel the first appointment, pre-payment amounts are not returned.
  • Where has the agenda page gone?
    Sessions take place at OperaLab Hamburg all-year round, from Monday to Sunday (exceptions occur when Gilles Denizot is teaching at another OperaLab studio). Additional sessions in other studios are posted when dates are known. Our “Now Teaching @” section on the main page conveniently displays current and upcoming sessions.
  • How may I receive OperaLab updates and news?
    We recommend that you please visit our OL News page and select your favourite way to be immediately informed of anything new happening at OperaLab.
